Our highest priority during inspection and sampling is the safety of the surveyor and buildings occupiers. All asbestos sampling is carried out following the procedures and standards out lined in MDHS 100.

The surveys are split into three types:

• Type 1     Location and assessment asbestos survey
  (presumptive – no samples taken)
• Type 2     Standard sampling, identification and assessment asbestos survey (samples taken)
• Type 3     Full access sampling and identification asbestos survey
  (pre-demolition/major refurbishment surveys)
